For more than 22 years, Tanya Blanchard has helped families achieve homeownership, invest in real estate, and build wealth through strategic mortgage planning. As Founder and President of Madison Chase Capital Advisors, Tanya is known for her expertise, integrity, and commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
Tanya attended Norfolk State University and began her career in financial services at PaineWebber in New York City, where she earned her Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses. Her background in both finance and mortgage lending provides a unique perspective on helping clients make informed financial decisions while building long-term wealth through real estate.
Tanya specializes in Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Construction-to-Permanent, Bank Statement, and Investment Property financing. She is also a relocation specialist who works with first-time homebuyers, luxury buyers, veterans, investors, business owners, and Fortune 500 professionals across the country.
A nationally recognized mortgage expert, educator, and speaker, Tanya is a consistent Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia award recipient, including earning the prestigious Diamond Award for two consecutive years with more than $50 million in annual loan production.
